We called for 2 months always promised updates, heard nothing from them, Gave up this month. One of the women who answers the phone is the rudest person on earth. What they stated was the problem wasn't covered by 2-10 so I would have to pay out of pocket would take a couple of weeks to come in. It ended up not being the issue it was the expansion valve which they stated was working fine. I got it changed out and my unit is working fine now but of course I paid out of pocket for this to be fixed. Some of my rating is for 2-10 quick to get another contractor, time they came and look at my unit quality of repair if the person whom did fix my unit not through 2-10.
